In his second EC appearance he was No.1 assistant of the championship, playing together with the German NBA superstar Dirk Nowitzki

The guard is playing for Stelmet Zielona Gora this season. He notched 21.1 points, 5.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.8 rebounds per game in EuroCup. Walter Hodge became the topscorer in the tournament. His stats also read 18.1 points, 4.7 assists and 2.1 rebounds per appearance in PLK

The team management were very satisfied with Lukic's job this season after he lead the team to the Quarter finals of the VTB League,passing favorites Spartak St.Petersburg in the 1/8 finals and losing only 2-1 to Zalgiris in the 1/4 finals

    Forward Nikola Kalinic (202-F-91) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Vojvodina, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 13 (Second Stage).
    The 21-year old player was the main contributor (16 points, seven rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to edge out Mega Vizura (#3, 9-4) 88-85.

    Cherkasy have entered the market. Terry Smith (185-PG-86, college: Mercyhurst) is expected to become the first newcomer for the Superleague team. Terry Smith has just finished the season in Bulgaria. The guard played for Rilski Sportist. He was the top scorer in the Balkan League this season. His stats read 18.8 points, 3.6 boards, 3.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game at the tournament. Terry Smith also posted 17.2 points, 2.8 assists and 2.6 boards per game in Bulgarian NBL

    Last season it was head coach Marco Van den Berg that got going quickly getting his team built for the upcoming season and this season Predrag Krunich also is getting an early jump with his new roster planning. BBC Bayreuth got a replacement for German Stefan Schmidt by bringing in Phillipp Heyden (206-C-88). Heyden is a 24 year old 206cm center that started his basketball career in 2005 with BSG Ludwigsburg (Regionalliga)

    Regionaliga team SSV Lok Bernau have announced that Benito Barreras (191-G-89) will remain to strap on their jersey this season. Barreras is a 23 191 cm guard that was born in Cuba, but has been living in Berlin since he was 16 years old. Last season for SSV Lok Bernau he played 21 games: 7.8ppg, 2.7rpg, 2.5apg, 1.1spg. "He has always conquered new basketball challenges in his career so far. He showed this quality last season

The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 49-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Albacomp made 8 blocks. American guard Brandon Wood (187-89, college: Michigan St., agency: N.E.T.) fired 26 points and 4 assists for the winners

    Kamza Basket wins 2012/2013 Finals. The team grabbed the trophy of the country after sweeping the Final series against Vllaznia 3-0. In the third game Kamza Basket overcame Vllaznia 81:54. The favorites started with 21-18 lead and added 21-15 in the second frame. Moreover Kamza Basket won the third quarter 17-10 and finished the game with 22-11 in the last stanza. Earlier in Game 1 Kamza Basket overcame Vllaznia 90:76. In Game 2 Kamza Basket tasted a tough 76:70 victory

The 25 year old big man from Finland whose father is American citizen signed last year a two year deal with Buducnost and started the season well and had a good season overall but the Club decided to offer mutual termination of the contract anyway
